Liam Hemsworth and James Marsden spent Sunday watching football and running up a nice tab of $3800 on alcohol and wings at Ainsworth Park. Missing from the scene was Eiza Gonzalez, whom he has reportedly been dating. He was not lonely on Sunday however, as he spent most of the night chatting and flirting with 2 other girls!

The Chester is NOW OPEN!!!!!
Brian Mazza (VP of Paige Hospitality) and Matt Shendall (President of Paige Hospitality) scored an interview with Pimm Fox on Bloomberg TV’s “Taking Stock” and chatted about the opening and concept behind The Chester.
Their number one recipe for success, as they have learned from all their other restaurants, is to open the right way. They took their time to perfect their food, with head chef Joe Tellus formally of Tao New York and Las Vegas, and make sure that the service was top notch. They did a total of 6 weeks of soft openings before the actual grand opening this week. They also took elements from restaurants they both love around the world and tied it all together with a touch of rustic charm.
They are also very clear during the interview that The Chester is not a sports bar! The Chester is an American eatery and bar infused with sports :) Prices are average for the area of town where the restaurant is located in the Meatpacking district (ie: $15 specialty drinks) and supply definitely meets demand for this part of town. Average consumer will be between 25-45 years old and have very expendable income. They intend to target a nice range of families, the happy hour crowd, and those looking for a sports scene yet in a high end dining environment.
The Chester has 150 indoor and 150 outdoor seats and will be open until 4:00 AM Thursday- Saturday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Matt and Brian both agree that their number one goal is to make sure consistency is the key to their success!

One of my restaurants, Ainsworth Park was featured as a perfect New York spot to watch football. With 65 televisions, a 60 foot patio, great service, and delicious drinks and food, why would you need to go anywhere else?!!
